Terms and Conditions hhgg2 — User Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and hhgg2 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and features provided through the hhgg2 platform at hhgg2.pro.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, or using any part of the hhgg2 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms contained herein. These terms should be read together with hhgg2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the entire agreement between the member and the platform.

Hhgg2 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on hhgg2.pro. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility & Member Registration

Hhgg2 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a permitted region.
• Has never been restricted or banned from using the hhgg2 platform previously.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party.

Each member is permitted to register one account only. Having more than one active account is a serious violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and valid bank account details.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhgg2 account username and password. All activities that occur under your account — whether carried out by you or any other party who gains access to your account — are your full responsibility.

To protect your account, hhgg2 recommends the following measures:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Contact the hhgg2 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Hhgg2 will never ask for your password, PIN, or other sensitive information via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a message, please report it to our support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

Hhgg2 supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysia users, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your hhgg2 account shortly after confirmation.
• Hhgg2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are final unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error confirmed by the platform.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes after successful identity verification.
• Withdrawals will be credited only to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's name.
• Hhgg2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a significant amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply according to the member's membership tier.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Hhgg2 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, first-deposit bonuses, loyalty rewards, and special promotions for public holidays or selected events.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the respective promotion's terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Hhgg2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or the use of hedging wagering strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirement.

6. Game Rules

The hhgg2 platform offers a wide range of game categories including slots, fish shooting games, bingo, live casino wagering, sports betting, and esports. Each game category has its own specific rules available within the respective section on the platform.

As a general guideline for all games:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Hhgg2 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all games.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, hhgg2 will investigate and provide a fair resolution based on system records.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the game software is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of wins and account closure.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method to manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

7. Member Conduct

Hhgg2 expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or degrading language toward other members or support staff.
• Engaging in or attempting fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing login credentials or using another person's account.
• Filing false complaints or claims against the platform or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about hhgg2 to the public.
• Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your true location in order to access services from a restricted region.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

Hhgg2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of terms, suspected fraud, or illegal activity. In the event of account termination:

• Hhgg2 will notify members via their registered email address, except in cases of fraud or illegal activity where advance notice may not be provided.
• Valid account balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to members via their registered payment method.
• Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the hhgg2 support team.

Members who wish to take a break or limit their wagering activity may use the account management features available on the platform, including deposit limits, betting limits, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hhgg2 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the specific expectations of members. To the extent permitted by law, hhgg2 is not liable for:

• Loss of wins caused by technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from the use of login credentials by an unauthorised party where the member has failed to protect their access details.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.

Hhgg2's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments & Applicable Laws

Hhgg2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on hhgg2.pro. We encourage members to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that provision shall be deemed void, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through channels designated by hhgg2, and where necessary, through appropriate arbitration or legal proceedings.
